Who: Todays Christian Girl is a ministry for girls age 10-18
What: Our purpose and mission is growing and strengthening girls in the ways of God by means of dealing with issues and challenges they face today and equipping them to make godly decisions. This is accomplished through club meetings that are fun, yet spiritual.
Where: Meetings should be held in unusual and varied locations. At a park, at the mall, at the zoo, on a hike, at a restaurant, etc. Occasional meetings might be held at the local church but utilizing unusual settings can keep club meetings exciting.
When: Frequency of club meetings is determined by the director, but most often meetings are held once a month.
Why: Girls within the age range of 10-18 are the new target area of many avenues: electronics, clothing, television shows, etc. TCG believes that in order to combat the voice of the world, the voice of the church must be stronger. If we can provide our young ladies with tools that they need, they will be prepared and hold high the standard of holiness and righteousness when the enemy comes in like a flood.
So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him Isaiah 59:19
